Legal notice

Information pursuant to § 5 of the German Digital Services Act (Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz, DDG) — the provision that replaced § 5 TMG in May 2024. This is a translation for convenience; the German version is authoritative.

The second route under § 5 DDG is the support page with a promised response time: usually within two working days.

The same address is the support URL and support contact for the App Store and the Play Store. Both stores require one and both check that it works. See support.

Register and tax

Sole proprietorship, not entered in the commercial register — so there is no register court and no register number.

Small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG). No VAT is shown and there is no VAT identification number; the disclosure under § 27a UStG therefore does not apply. A tax number is not a substitute and expressly does not belong in a legal notice.

Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025; a reference to it is therefore omitted.

Liability

For content. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7(1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block content under general law remain unaffected — liability in that respect only arises from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement. We remove such content promptly once we know of it.

For links. This website links to external pages over whose content we have no influence. The respective provider is always responsible for them. No infringements were apparent at the time of linking. Permanent monitoring without concrete grounds is not reasonable; we remove a link once we learn of a problem.

The content of these pages is subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, adaptation and distribution beyond the limits of copyright require the written consent of the respective author.

Speech recognition is handled by the phone's operating system; the app ships no recognition model of its own. This website embeds no third-party fonts, libraries or images; the icon set and the screenshots are our own.
